I am excited and honored to be part of West Fannin Elementary School (WFES). I have 19 years of experience as a Georgia Educator. I have taught middle school math as well as Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and pre-calculus. I have been an elementary and middle school assistant principle in Brunswick, GA.
In 1997, I received my bachelor of general studies degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA and began a career in retail management.
After approximately ten years, I realized that becoming an educator was my true calling. I began teaching with a provisional teaching certification and pursued a Master of Education degree from Regis University. I later received an Educational Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership from Valdosta State University.
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Michelle, for 25+ years. We have twelve-year-old twins, Emma and Ethan, who will be entering the seventh grade. We enjoy spending time as a family hiking, swimming at the lake, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
